शिमला- 27.12.2018: केंद्रीय सरकारी कार्यालयों, उपक्रमों एवं बैंकों में राजभाषा हिन्‍दी के प्रयोग को बढ़ाने के उद्देश्‍य से भारत सरकार द्वारा एसजेवीएन लिमिटेड के अध्‍यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक की अध्‍यक्षता में गठित नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्‍वयन समिति, शिमला (कार्यालय-2) की बैठक का आयोजन दिनांक 27.12.2018 को एसजेवीएन लिमिटेड, शक्ति सदन, कारपोरेट कार्यालय परिसर, शनान, शिमला में किया गया। नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्‍वयन समिति, शिमला (कार्यालय-2) की बैठक की अध्‍यक्षता एसजेवीएन लिमिटेड की निदेशक (कार्मिक), गीता कपूर ने की। इस अवसर पर मृदुला श्रीवास्‍तव, सदस्‍य-सचिव एवं वरि.प्रबंधक(राजभाषा) के अति‍रिक्‍त बैठक में राजभाषा विभाग, गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की ओर से सहायक निदेशक (कार्यान्‍वयन), नरेन्‍द्र सिंह मेहरा सहित सभी सदस्‍य कार्यालयों के अध्‍यक्ष तथा उनके प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे ।

बैठक की अध्‍यक्षता करते हुए निदेशक (कार्मिक) ने कहा कि नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्‍वयन समिति, भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय, राजभाषा विभाग के अधीन शहर में राजभाषा हिन्‍दी के प्रचार-प्रसार और हिन्‍दी के विकास के मद्देनजर गठित एक ऐसी समिति है जो न केवल समिति के सदस्‍य कार्यालयों के बीच आपसी समन्‍वय, सद्-भाव स्‍थापित करती है बल्कि उनके कर्मचारियों के लिए विभिन्‍न हिन्‍दी प्रतियोगिताओं तथा अन्‍य गतिविधियों के माध्‍यम से राजभाषा हिन्‍दी की दशा और दिशा को निर्धारित करने के लिए उत्‍तरदायी भी है। एसजेवीएन के लिए यह हर्ष का विषय है कि हमें इस उद्देश्‍य को परिपूर्ण करने का दायित्‍व अध्‍यक्ष कार्यालय के रूप में सौंपा गया है , इसके लिए हम गृह मंत्रालय के आभारी हैं ।

समिति की बैठक में शिमला स्थित केंद्रीय सरकारी कार्यालयों, उपक्रमों तथा बैंकों से 37 अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया। बैठक में उपस्थित सदस्‍यों का स्‍वागत करते हुए राजभाषा विभाग, गृह मंत्रालय,भारत सरकार के सहायक निदेशक(कार्यान्‍वयन),नरेन्‍द्र सिंह मेहरा ने कहा कि इस नराकास समिति का कार्य सराहनीय है I यह नराकास गठन के आरंभ से ही समिति सक्रिय रूप से कार्य कर रही हैI

बैठक में केंद्रीय सरकारी कार्यालयों में हिंदी के प्रयोग की समीक्षा की गई तथा भारत सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित लक्ष्‍यों को प्राप्‍त करने की दिशा में विचार-विमर्श किया गया। इसके अतिरिक्‍त, बैठक में केंद्रीय सरकारी कार्यालयों, उपक्रमों एवं बैंकों के कार्मिकों के लिए पिछले वर्ष की तरह इस वर्ष भी राजभाषा सेमिनार/संगोष्ठियों/हिंदी प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन करने सहित हिंदी में सर्वश्रेष्‍ठ कार्यनिष्‍पादन करने वाले सदस्‍य कार्यालयों को नराकास चल वैजयन्‍ती शील्‍ड प्रदान करने तथा नराकास का वार्षिक समारोह आयोजित करने जैसे मुद्दे पर भी सहमति बनीIबैठक के प्रारंभिक चरण में सदस्‍य-सचिव ने गत बैठक की अनुवर्ती कार्यवाई और वर्ष 2018 की गत छमाही दौरान समिति की उपलब्धियों पर प्रकाश भी डाला I बैठक का समापन सदस्‍य-सचिव के धन्‍यवाद ज्ञापन के साथ हुआ I
