लखनऊ। भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देश पर पूरे प्रदेश में आदर्श आचार संहिता के अनुपालन में प्रचार सामग्रियों को हटाने के लिए चलाये जा रहे अभियान के तहत अब तक कुल 31,13,791 वॉल राइटिंग, पोस्टर्स, बैनर्स आदि सार्वजनिक एवं निजी स्थानों से हटा दिये गये हैं या ढक दिये गये हैं। प्रदेश के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी एल वेंकटेश्वर लू ने आईपीएन को बताया कि पूरे प्रदेश में जिला प्रशासन द्वारा अब तक सार्वजनिक स्थानों से वॉल राइटिंग के 1,56,049 पोस्टर्स 12,04,439 बैनर्स 5,11,347 तथा अन्य मामलों में 5,87,181 प्रचार-प्रसार से सम्बन्धित सामग्रियों को हटा दिया गया है। इसी तरह से निजी स्थानों से वॉल राइटिंग के 80,618, पोस्टर्स 2,86,379, बैनर्स 1,73,726 अन्य मामलों में 1,14,052 प्रचार-प्रसार से सम्बन्धित सामग्री हटा दिये गये हैं। चुनाव के दौरान वाहनों, बिना अनुमति मीटिंग, लाउडस्पीकर एवं उत्तेजनात्मक भाषण तथा प्रलोभन आदि के 2,132 मामले प्रकाश में आये, जिसमें 329 प्रकरणों में एफआईआर दर्ज करायी गयी है। मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि आयकर, नारकोटिक्स, पुलिस तथा आबकारी द्वारा की गयी कार्यवाही में अब तक कुल 131.63 करोड़ रुपये की जब्ती की गई है, जिसमें पुलिस एवं आयकर विभाग द्वारा 20.16 करोड़ रूपये की नगदी तथा नारकोटिक्स एवं पुलिस द्वारा कुल 20.39 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की गांजा, स्मैक, चरस आदि की जब्ती की गई। इसके अलावा 60.05 करोड़ मूल्य की बहुमूल्य धातुएं सोना चाँदी आदि जब्त की गई है। आबकारी विभाग द्वारा 31.03 करोड़ रूपये मूल्य की 10,87,137 लीटर मदिरा जब्त की गई है। मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि कानून व्यवस्था के तहत अब तक 7,54,014 लाइसेन्सी शस्त्र जमा कराये गये हैं तथा 601 लोगों के लाइसेन्स निरस्त किये गये हैं। इसके अलावा निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही के तहत 16,22,776 लोगों को पाबन्द किया गया है तथा 16,386 लोगों पर गैर जमानती वारन्ट तामिला कराया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रदेश में अब तक 4399.82 किलोग्राम विस्फोटक सामग्री, 6,751 कारतूस, 2,936 बम बरामद किये गये हैं।
