इस्लामाबाद। पाकिस्तान की सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शुक्रवार को ऐसा फैसला दिया है जिसके बाद देश की सियासत में बदलाव आ जाएगा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि अगर किसी शख्स को संविधान की धारा 62 (1)(एफ) के तहत अयोग्य करार दिया गया है तो वह शख्स आजीवन अयोग्य रहेगा। इस फैसले का अर्थ यह हुआ कि पाकिस्तान के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री नवाज शरीफ अब आजीवन किसी भी सार्वजनिक पद पर आसीन नहीं हो पाएंगे।इसी साल फरवरी में पाकिस्तानी सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा था कि संविधान के अनुच्छेद 62 और 63 के तहत अयोग्य ठहराया गया कोई भी व्यक्ति राजनीतिक पार्टी का मुखिया नहीं रह सकता। जिसके बाद नवाज शरीफ पाकिस्तान मुस्लिम लीग-नवाज के अध्यक्ष भी नहीं रह पाए थे। डॉन न्यूज के मुताबिक, 5 जजों की बेंच ने सर्वसम्मित से यह आदेश दिया। चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ पाकिस्तान साकिब निसार ने आदेश से पहले कहा, जनता को अच्छे चरित्र वाले नेताओं की जरूरत है। बता दें कि पनामा पेपर्स केस में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पिछले साल 68 वर्षीय शरीफ को पीएम पद के लिए अयोग्य ठहरा दिया था। पूर्व पीएम को संविधान के अनुच्छेद 62 के तहत अपनी सैलरी को असेट के तौर पर घोषित नहीं करने का दोषी पाया गया था।
