नई दिल्ली। उच्चतम न्यायालय ने कठुआ बलात्कार एवं हत्या मामले की केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) से जांच कराये जाने संबंधी एक आरोपी की नयी याचिका आज खारिज कर दी। इस मामले में दायर एक याचिका की सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि घटना की सीबीआई जींच नहीं की जाएगी। न्यायमूर्ति उदय उमेश ललित और न्यायमूर्ति डी वाई चंद्रचूड़ की खंडपीठ ने आरोपी प्रवेश कुमार की याचिका खारिज करते हुए कहा कि अगर पुलिस की जांच में कोई कमी थी तो इसे निचली अदालत में ही उठाया जाना चाहिए था। न्यायालय ने मामले की स्वतंत्र एजेंसी से जांच कराने संबंधी दो अन्य आरोपियों की एक पृथक याचिका भी ठुकरा दी।याचिकाकर्ताओं की दलील थी कि मामले की पहले की गयी जांच कथित तौर पर दुर्भावना से प्रेरित थी। खंडपीठ ने दोनों याचिकाएं खारिज करते हुए याचिकाकर्ताओं को कहा कि वे मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान निचली अदालत में अपनी बात उठा सकते हैं।गौरतलब है कि आठ वर्षीया बच्ची के साथ सामूहिक बलात्कार एवं उसकी हत्या मामले की सुनवाई पंजाब के पठानकोट में हो रही है। जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश तेजविंद सिंह ने गत आठ जून को इस मामले में सात आरोपियों के खिलाफ बलात्कार एवं हत्या के आरोप तय किये थे।
