लखनऊ: विश्व तम्बाकू निषेध दिवस के मौके पर लखनऊ के बाबूबनारसी दास डेंटल कॉलेज के सभागार में लखनऊ के निर्वाण मानसिक एवं नशा रोग चिकित्सा हॉस्पिटल, फैजाबाद रोड, लखनऊ द्वारा होप इनिशिएटिव संस्था के साथ डेंटल छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया | इस कार्यशाला का आयोजन वर्ष 2018 की थीम तम्बाकू एवं ह्रदय रोग पर आधारित था |
कार्यक्रम में संजय गांधी पी.जी.आई. के बाल रोग विभाग में कार्यरत डॉ. पियाली भट्टाचार्य ने सभी डेंटल छात्र-छात्राओं को तम्बाकू एवं सम्बंधित उत्पादों से होने वाले स्वास्थ्य सम्बन्धी परेशानियों से अवगत कराया | उन्होंने कहा, की हर वर्ष लाखों लोग अपनी जान से हाथ गवां दे रहे हैं और सभी डेंटल छात्र-छात्राओं का कर्त्तव्य है की उन्हें ऐसा करने से रोकें |
कार्यक्रम में फैजाबाद रोड स्तिथ निर्वाण मानसिक एवं नशा रोग चिकित्सा हॉस्पिटल के मनोवैज्ञानिक गिरजेश चन्द्र श्रीवास्तव ने सभी डेंटल छात्र-छात्राओं को तम्बाकू एवं अन्य नशों को करने एवं रोकने के मनोवैज्ञानिक कारणों से अवगत कराया | उन्होंने कहा की अक्सर सभी तम्बाकू का प्रयोग करने वाले व्यक्ति को कैंसर इत्यादि का डर दिखाते हैं, जो असलियत में उतना कारगर साबित नहीं होता है | उन्होंने कहा ही जरुरत है मरीज के अन्दर नशा छोड़ने की इच्छा जागरूत करने की और उसको किसी प्रोफेशनल की मदद दिलाने की | यदि मरीज खुद से तम्बाकू या अन्य नशे छोड़ने में इच्छुक है, पर नही कर पा रहा है, तो उसे किसी मनोचिकित्सक या मनोवैज्ञानिक के परामर्श से मदद मिल सकती है | उन्होंने सभी डेंटल छात्र-छात्राओं को बताया की इफेक्टिव काउंसलिंग कैसे की जा सकती है, जिससे आगे तम्बाकू का उपयोग करने वाले सभी मरीजों को डेंटल छात्र-छात्राओं उचित काउंसलिंग दे सकें |
कार्यक्रम में निर्वाण हॉस्पिटल के निदेशक डॉ. प्रांजल अग्रवाल ने कहा की स्वास्थ्य सम्बन्धी समस्याओं के अलावा व्यक्ति की निजी जिंदगी में भी बहुत दुष्प्रभाव पढ़ते हैं जिसमे मुख्यता अंतर-वैक्तित्व समबन्धों में समस्याएं आना शुरू हो जाती हैं | उन्होंने कहा की शुरू में नशे करने वाले व्यक्ति को इसका आभास नहीं होता, लेकिन जब तक होता है तब तक बहुत देर हो चुकी होती है | डॉ. अग्रवाल ने कहा की इन सबकी अलावा मरीज के सोचने समझने की क्षमता में कमी आ जाती है, जिससे वो हताश-निराश एवं अवसाद जैसी स्तिथियों में भी पहुच जाता है | उन्होंने कहा की परिजनों को ज़रूरत है ऐसे व्यक्ति को सहयोगात्मक रवैय्या अपनाते हुए प्रोफेशनल हेल्प दिलवाने की |
