नई दिल्ली। भारत के हिंदी भाषी राज्यों में छोटे शहरों और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लाखों लोगों को आकर्षित करने के लिए बेंगलुरू की ऑनलाइन ट्रेन टिकट खोज और बुकिंग कंपनी कंफर्मटिकट ने अपने मोबाइल एप का हिंदी संस्करण शुरू करने की घोषणा की। कंपनी के एक अधिकारी ने इस बात की जानकारी दी। कंफर्मटिकट के सह संस्थापक एवं सीईओ दिनेश कुमार कोठा ने कहा, टियर-2 और टियर-3 शहरों में ट्रेन दैनिक यात्रियों के साथ-साथ शहरों के बीच यात्रा करने के लिए परिवहन का सबसे पसंदीदा तरीका है।क्योंकि उनमें से अधिकांश लोग हिंदी भाषी हैं, इसलिए हम एक प्लेटफार्म लॉन्च कर बाजार में वर्तमान मौजूद अंतर को दूर करना चाहते हैं। उन्होंने कहा, इस एप से वे अपनी मूल भाषा में ट्रेन टिकट बुक कर सकते हैं। हमारा विचार है कि लोगों को एक सहज बुकिंग अनुभव का आनंद लेने और वैकल्पिक यात्रा विकल्पों तक पहुंच बनाने दी जाए, चाहे वे जिस भी भाषा में बात करें।गूगल-केपीएमजी की 2017 में आई संयुक्त रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, 2021 तक हिंदी इंटरनेट यूजर (20.1 करोड़) अंग्रेजी इंटरनेट यूजर को पछाड़ देंगे। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया कि हिंदी यूजर भारत के कुल इंटरनेट यूजर आधार का 38 प्रतिशत हिस्सा होंगे।2015 में लॉन्च के बाद से कंपनी ने 2019 तक तेलुगू, तमिल, मलयालम, बंगाली, मराठी, गुजराती, कन्नड़ और उडिय़ा सहित आठ और भाषाओं के लिए समर्थन जोडऩे की योजना बनाई है। कंफर्मटिकट हिंदी एप एंड्रॉयड और आईओएस यूजर्स (वर्तमान में एंड्रॉयड आईओएस के लिए उपलब्ध) दोनों के लिए उपलब्ध है।
