नई दिल्ली। घाटे में चल रही सरकारी विमानन कंपनी एयर इंडिया की योजना देश भर में 70 से अधिक आवासीय एवं व्यावसायिक संपत्तियों की बिक्री कर 700-800 करोड़ रुपये जुटाने की है। कंपनी के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने बृहस्पतिवार को इसकी जानकारी दी। कंपनी ने बताया कि 16 शहरों में स्थित इन संपत्तियों की एमएसटीसी के जरिये ई-नीलामी की जाएगी। अधिकारी ने कहा कि हमें इन 70 संपत्तियों की बिक्री से करीब 700-800 करोड़ रुपये मिलने का अनुमान है। इनमें आवासीय एवं व्यावसायिक दोनों तरह की संपत्तियां शामिल हैं। इनमें से कुछ ऐसी भी संपत्तियां हैं जिन्हें हम पहले भी नीलामी के लिये पेश कर चुके हैं लेकिन उन्हें खरीदार नहीं मिल पाया था। उल्लेखनीय है कि एयर इंडिया की संपत्तियों को बेचने की योजना को पूर्ववर्ती संयुक्त प्रगतिशील गठबंधन सरकार के दौरान 2012 में मंजूरी दी गयी थी। योजना के तहत अप्रैल 2014 से मार्च 2021 तक पांच हजार करोड़ रुपये जुटाने का लक्ष्य तय किया गया था।
