नई दिल्ली। राजधानी दिल्ली में दिवाली के पहले और उसके बाद हवा काफी जहरीली हो सकती है। सेंट्रल पलूशन कंट्रोल बोर्ड (सीपीसीबी)के नेतृत्व वाले टास्क फोर्स ने कहा है कि राजधानी में हवा की धीमी गति के कारण प्रदूषण बढ़ सकता है। ऐसे में नवंबर के पहले 10 दिनों तक यहां के निवासियों को वॉकिंग और जॉगिंग से दूर रहना चाहिए।विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि हवा की कम गति के कारण पंजाब और हरियाणा से पराली जलाने का प्रदूषण दिल्ली-एनसीआर के आसमान में फैल सकता है। सुबह में तापमान कम होने के कारण यह पलूशन जल्दी दूर भी नहीं होगा। इसके अलावा फेस्टिव सीजन को देखते हुए ट्रैफिक भी बढ़ेगा और सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा पटाखों पर पूरी तरह रोक लगाने से इनकार के बाद दिवाली के समय पटाखों का धुआं भी दम घोटेगा।दिवाली के दौरान पलूशन को देखते हुए सीपीसीबी ने 1 से 10 नवंबर तक दिल्ली-एनसीआर में सभी तरह की कंस्ट्रक्शन ऐक्टिविटी पर रोक लगाने को कहा है। 4 से 10 नवंबर तक कोल और बायोगेस से चलने वाली सभी इंडस्ट्री को बंद रखने का सुझाव भी दिया गया है। ईपीसीए का कहना है कि पिछले दो सालों से 1 से 10 नवंबर तक दिल्ली गैस चैंबर बनी रहती है। ऐसे में जल्द ही इन सुझावों को हरी झंडी मिल सकती है। इंडस्ट्रीज को भी यह संकेत पहले ही दिए जा चुके हैं कि उन्हें कभी भी बंद किया जा सकता है। ऐसे में अब यह लगभग तय है कि 1 नवंबर से कई सख्त कदम देखने को मिल सकते हैं।
