लखनऊ। राजधानी लखनऊ के बहु चर्चित विवेक तिवारी हत्याकांड में मंगलवार को स्पेशल इंवेस्टिगेशन टीम (एसआईटी) ने घटनास्थल का मुआयना किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने इस हत्याकांड की एकमात्र चश्मदीद सना की मदद से क्राइम सीन क्रिएट कर जरूर साक्ष्य इकट्ठा किए। मौके पर विवेक की पत्नी कल्पना भी मौजूद रहीं। सना ने अपने बयान के मुताबिक पुलिसकर्मियों की लोकेशन, उनकी बाइक, विवेक की कार और गोली चलाने वाले सिपाही की स्थिति की पूरी जानकारी दी। अधिकारियों ने सना के बताये गए हालात के मुताबिक मोहरों को स्थापित कर पूरा क्राइम सीन क्रिएट किया। यही नहीं सिपाही को पिस्टल तानकार शूट करने की स्थिति में खड़ा करके उस दूरी को मापने का भी प्रयास किया गया, जहां से विवेक को गोली मारी गई।उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस के सिद्धातों, उसकी कार्यशैली को लेकर सवाल खड़ा करती है इसीलिए मैं सच्चाई जानना चाहता हूं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी पुलिसिंग में कहां खोट रह गई, पक्ष-प्रतिपक्ष दोनों की बात जानकर सच्चाई सामने आ जाए, यही मेरा और पूरी पुलिस व्यवस्था का उद्देश्य है। घटना को लेकर रिपोर्ट सौंपने के सवाल पर उन्होंने कहा कि मैं यहां निजी हैसियत से हूं, लेकिन इस घटना को सुलझाने में मुझे जो भी तथ्य मिलेंगे मैं निश्चित तौर पर उन्हें जांच अफसरों को सौंपूंगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इस घटना के दो आयाम हैं। पहला तो ये घटना खुद ही है, और दूसरी ये कि इससे हम क्या सीख ले सकते हैं। हमें जनता का विश्वास जीतने के लिए अपने व्यवहार में सुधार लाना होगा। अगर जनता का हम पर विश्वास नहीं है, तो ये जानना होगा कि बुनियादी कमियां क्या हैं। ठाकुर ने कहा कि पूरी पुलिस फोर्स के लिए निष्पक्ष जांच जरूरी है। घटना से सीख लेकर हम पुलिसिंग को और बेहतर कैसे कर सकते हैं, ये हमारा दायित्व है। इसमें योगदान देने के लिए मैं भी यहां हूं इसके पहले हत्याकांड की एकमात्र चश्मदीद सना से पुलिस टीम ने पूछताछ की। घटना के विवेचक इंस्पेक्टर महानगर ने सना के बयान दर्जकर लिए हैं।
