हाईकोर्ट ने एसटीएच में नेफ्रोलॉजी, यूरोलॉजी और कार्डियोलॉजी विभाग की तीन सप्ताह में स्थापना करने तथा इसके एक सप्ताह के भीतर इन विभागों में विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों की नियुक्ति सुनिश्चत करने के भी आदेश दिए हैं। यही नहीं सुशीला तिवारी अस्पताल में ट्रामा सेंटर की स्थापना के लिए शुरू की गई टेंडर प्रक्रिया को भी चार सप्ताह के भीतर निस्तारित करने कहा है। इसके बाद तीन सप्ताह के भीतर ट्रॉमा सेंटर को अस्तित्व में लाने के निर्देश दिए है।
अदालत ने मेडिकल कालेज हल्द्वानी में रेजीडेंट डॉक्टरों के पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए छः सप्ताह में प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करने के भी आदेश दिए हैं। साथ ही इसके चार सप्ताह में नियुक्ति आदेश जारी करने को कहा है।
