नई दिल्ली। सोशल मीडिया का अडिक्शन और उस पर बहुत अधिक निर्भरता के चलते भारतीय एयरफोर्स के पायलटों की परफॉर्मेंस पर असर पड़ रहा है। टेलर ऐंड फ्रांसिस ग्रुप की सर्वे रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक नींद पूरी न हो पाने और शारीरिक रूटीन ठीक न होने के चलते एयर क्रू थकावट महसूस करते हैं और इसकी वजह से फ्लाइट की सुरक्षा पर असर पड़ रहा है। बेंगलुरु के इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ एयरोस्पेस मेडिसिन में किए गए सर्वे में शामिल ज्यादातर पायलटों ने कहा कि वे दोपहर अधिक नींद लेते हैं और रात में लंबी नींद वीकंड या फिर छुट्टियों के दिनों में ही सोते हैं।रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक सर्वे में शामिल 83 पायलटों में से एक तिहाई लोगों ने कहा कि वह 1 से दो घंटे कम नींद ले ने के बाद भी पीक आवर्स में काम कर सकते हैं। इतने ही लोगों का कहना था कि नींद कमी के चलते वह कई बार कॉकपिट में सुस्ती में रहते हैं। नींद की कमी के चलते एयरक्रू का ध्यान प्रभावित होता है। रिएक्शन टाइम बढ़ जाता है और एयरक्राफ्ट की हैंडलिंग कमजोर हो जाती है। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक ऐसी स्थिति में पायलट और अन्य क्रू मेंबर चाय और कॉफी के सहारे काम करने का प्रयास करते हैं।इससे पहले शुक्रवार को एयर चीफ मार्शल बीएस धनोआ ने कहा था कि नींद की कमी के चलते पायलटों की परफॉर्मेंस पर असर पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि नींद में कमी की यह स्थिति पायलटों के सोशल मीडिया पर व्यस्त रहने के चलते हुई है। धनोआ ने कहा कि सोशल मीडिया के चलते नींद की कमी का संकट पैदा हो रहा है क्योंकि ज्यादातर लोग देर रात इसमें व्यस्त रहते हैं। धनोआ ने इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ एयरोस्पेस मेडिसिन से बातचीत में एक ऐसा मेकेनिज्म स्थापित करने को कहा ताकि उन पायलटों की पहचान की जा सकी, जिन्होंने टेक ऑफ से पहले पूरी नींद न ली हो। धनोआ ने कहा, हमें राजस्थान के बाड़मेर में 2013 में एक भीषण हादसे का सामना करना पड़ा था। इस हादसे की वजह यह थी कि पायलट लगातार कई दिनों तक सो नहीं सका था। गौरतलब है कि 2013 में मिग-21 बिसॉन फाइटर एयरक्राफ्ट राजस्थान के बाड़मेर जिले के उत्तरलाई में क्रैश हो गया था। यह हादसा उस वक्त हुआ, जब विमान की लैंडिंग कराई जा रही थी। इस हादसे में पायलट की मौत हो गई थी।
