देवरिया। यूपी के देवरिया जिले में एक संस्था के आश्रय गृह से छुड़ाकर युवतियों और बच्चियों को सरकारी आश्रय गृह में रखा गया था। सोमवार को महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग की अपर मुख्य सचिव रेणुका कुमार और एडीजी अंजू गुप्ता जब वहां पहुंचीं तो लड़कियों ने उनके सामने आश्रय गृह को लेकर एक के बाद एक खुलासे किए। बस्ती की एक युवती ने बताया कि यहां से लड़कियों को विदेश तक भेजा जाता था।पिछले नवंबर में स्पेन से चार विदेशी, जिसमें दो महिला और दो पुरुष शामिल थे, वे शेल्टर होम में आए थे। बाद में वो विदेशी यहां से एक नाबालिग बच्चा और तीन लड़कियों को अपने साथ ले गए। उन लड़कियों आज तक कुछ पता नहीं चल सका है। युवती ने यह भी बताया कि यहां से हर रोज रात को चार-पांच लड़कियां बाहर भेजी जाती हैं। दो महीने पहले एक लड़की को रात को भेजा गया, वह अब भी लापता है।एक युवती ने बताया कि शेल्टर होम में रात को अक्सर जिले के बड़े अधिकारी आते रहते थे, जिसमें पूर्व में यहां रह चुके पुलिस के एक आला अधिकारी का नाम खासा चर्चा में है। एक बच्ची ने जब उन पुलिस अधिकारी का फोटो मोबाइल में देखा तो पहचान लिया और कहा कि यह अंकल तो अक्सर रात को आते थे और यहीं रुक जाते थे। बता दें कि रविवार को देवरिया जिले के विंध्यावासिनी शेल्टर होम से भागकर थाने पहुंची एक बच्ची ने अंदर की सारी गतिविधियों के बारे में पुलिस को बताया था। इसके बाद प्रशासनिक महकमे में हलचल पहुंच गई थी। पुलिस ने 24 लड़कियों को बचाया और करीब 18 अभी भी लापता हैं। इसके अलावा शेल्टर होम की संचालिका गिरिजा त्रिपाठी और उनके पति को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।महिला एवं बाल कल्याण विभाग की मंत्री रीता बहुगुणा जोशी ने बताया था कि पिछले साल सीबीआई ने शेल्टर होम की जांच की थी। यह साफ था कि देवरिया का यह शेल्टर होम गैर-कानूनी ढंग से चल रहा था। इस तत्काल बंद करके वहां रह रही महिलाओं, लड़कियों और बच्चों को शिफ्ट करने के आदेश दिए गए थे लेकिन इस आदेश का पालन नहीं किया गया।
