मुंबई। यात्रियों के खाने का जायका बचाने के लिए इंडियन रेलवे टूरिज्म ऐंड कैटरिंग कॉर्पोरेशन (आईआरसीटीसी) ने एक अनोखी तकनीक विकसित की है। इसे आर्टिफिशल इंटेलिजेंस मॉड्यूल का नाम दिया गया है, जो सीसीटीवी फुटेज के जरिए खाने की खामियों की जानकारी देगा।रेल सफर के दौरान अक्सर खाने की गुणवत्ता को लेकर यात्रियों की शिकायतें आती रहती हैं। इसमें कई बार पैकेजिंग सही नहीं की गई है, तो कई बार खाना खराब हो गया, स्वाद बिगड़ गया जैसी शिकायतें यात्रियों ने की है। इस समस्या से निजात दिलाने के लिए आईआरसीटीसी ने वोबोट कंपनी के साथ मिलकर आर्टिफिशल इंटेलिजेंट मॉड्यूल तैयार किया है।जानकारी के अनुसार, भारत में अलग-अलग जगहों पर आईआरसीटीसी के 16 बेस किचन में इसकी शुरुआत की जाएगी। इसमें मुंबई डिविजन के छत्रपति शिवाजी महराज टर्मिनस (सीएसएमटी) और मुंबई सेंट्रल स्टेशनों पर स्थित बेस किचन के नाम शामिल हैं। आरसीटीसी के जनसंपर्क अधिकारी ने सिद्धार्थ सिंह के मुताबिक इस सिस्टम से खाद्य पदार्थों में हो रही मिलावट, खराब भोजन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार होगा। सिद्धार्थ सिंह ने कहा कि भारत के 16 बेस किचन 24 घंटे लाइव रहेंगे। इससे भोजन में क्या पदार्थ मिलाए जा रहे हैं? पैकिंग कैसी की जा रही है? खानों की पैकिंग कौन कर रहा है? कहां क्या गलत है? इन सबकी जानकारी आर्टिफिशल इंटेलिजेंस मॉड्यूल को मिलेगी। इससे मॉड्यूल में लगे सेंसर सीसीटीवी फुटेज के आधार पर यह भांप लेंगे कि कहां गड़बड़ी है। मॉड्यूल में एल्गोरिथम तकनीक के साथ-साथ उच्च श्रेणी के सेंसर लगे होंगे। इनमें पहले से ही खाने से लेकर किचन कार्यप्रणाली के जानकारी मानकों के अनुसार सेट की गई होगी। इसके बाद यदि उस सिस्टम के अनुसार कार्य नहीं हुआ, तो अलर्ट संदेश के साथ मॉनिटरिंग रूम में गड़बड़ी होने का संदेश देगा। इसके बाद गड़बड़ी को दूर किया जा सकेगा।
