इस बावत ज्ञात हो कि यह प्रोजेक्ट ASI के ९५ स्मारकों के लिए शुरू किया गया है एवं दिल्ली में स्थित पुराना किला को NBCC, जन्तर मंतर को एस.बी.आई. फाउंडेशन, कुतुबमीनार को yatra.com, सफदरगंज मकबरे को ट्रेवल कारपोरेशन ऑफ़ इंडिया तथा अग्रसेन की बावली को Special Holidays Travel Pvt Ltd तथा Rotary Club of Delhi के द्वारा गोद लिया गया है|

लालकिला के सम्बन्ध में डालमिया भारत तथा टूरिज्म मंत्रालय के बीच MoU के तहत वहां पर्यटक के लिए सुविधाओं के साथ-साथ landscaping, wifi, कैफेटेरिया, व्हीलचेयर, बैटरी-संचालित वाहन, सुरक्षा तथा रौशनी आदि की व्यवस्था की जाएगी|

कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 के तहत भारत मे स्थापित और संचालित कोई भी ऐसी कम्पनी जिसका शुद्ध मूल्य 500 करोड़ रुपये या इससे अधिक हो अथवा कंपनी का कारोबार 1000 करोड़ रुपये या इससे अधिक हो अथवा कंपनी का शुद्ध लाभ 5 करोड़ रुपये या उससे अधिक हो, उसको अनुसूची VII में निर्दिष्ट अनुसार और समय-समय पर संशोधित सीएसआर गतिविधियों पर पिछले 3 वर्षों के औसत शुद्ध मुनाफे में कम से कम 2% खर्च करना होगा।

अगर कोई कंपनी उपरोक्त श्रेणी में होने के वावजूद भी अपने सीएसआर को ख़र्च नहीं करती है तो उसको खर्च न करने के कारणों को बताना होता है। कारणों को बताने में कोताही अथवा संतोषप्रद कारण ना देने पर कम्पनी को 50,000 रुपये से 25 लाख रुपये अथवा 3 साल तक की कारावास की सजा दी जा सकती है|

भारत, इस देनदारी को स्थापित करने के लिए दुनिया का पहला देश है। उपरोक्त 2% राशि भूख, गरीबी और कुपोषण उन्मूलन, शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देना, मातृ और शिशु स्वास्थय में सुधार, पर्यावरण विकास, राष्ट्रीय विरासत का संरक्षण (लाल किला के प्रकरण में विशेष संदर्भित), सशस्त्र बलों के लाभ के लिए, खेल को बढ़ावा देना, प्रधानमंत्री राष्टीय राहत कोष में योगदान आदि में खर्च करना होता है|

तो कुल मिलकर निष्कर्ष यह निकला कि डालमिया समूह को अपने CSR में अंतर्गत 5 करोड़ प्रतिवर्ष के हिसाब से पांच साल में 25 करोड़ रुपये खर्च करने है| इसमें ASI के नियमों का पालन भी करना होगा|
