नई दिल्ली। फ्रांस के राष्ट्रपति इमैनुअल मैक्रों 4 दिन की अपनी भारत यात्रा पर शुक्रवार शाम को दिल्ली पहुंच गए। पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने प्रोटोकॉल तोड़ खुद एयरपोर्ट पहुंचकर इमैनुएल की अगवानी की। इमैनुएल के साथ उनकी पत्नी ब्रिगिट मैक्रों भी भारत आई हैं। फ्रांसीसी राष्ट्रपति के विमान से उतरते ही पीएम मोदी ने गले लगाकर उनका स्वागत किया।
4 दिन की यात्रा के दौरान इमैनुएल 12 मार्च को पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी के संसदीय क्षेत्र वाराणसी भी जाएंगे। यहां वह 6 घंटे का वक्त गुजारेंगे और तुलसी घाट पर भगवान राम के राज्याभिषेक को भी देखेंगे। राष्ट्रपति इमैनुएल मैक्रों मीरजापुर में 75 मेगावाट के सोलर एनर्जी प्लांट का शुभारंभ कर वाराणसी आने के बाद सबसे पहले ट्रेड फसिलटी सेंटर देखने जाएंगे। यहां से जब वह पीएम मोदी के साथ अस्सी घाट जाने के लिए रवाना होंगे जहां पांच किलोमीटर लंबे रास्तें में 150 स्कूलों के 10 हजार स्टूडेंट्स सड़क पर स्वागत के लिए तैयार रहेंगे।
उनकी इस यात्रा के दौरान दोनों देश प्रमुख रूप से समुद्री सुरक्षा तथा आतंकवाद से निपटने के क्षेत्रों में संबंधों को मजबूत बनाने पर गौर करेंगे। सूत्रों ने बताया कि इस दौरान फ्रांस के सहयोग से बन रहे जैतापुर (महाराष्ट्र) परमाणु बिजली संयंत्र को लेकर भी समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर की उम्मीद है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और मैक्रों के बीच शनिवार को प्रतिनिधि स्तर की बातचीत में हिंद महासागर में सहयोग बढ़ाने के मुद्दे पर बात हो सकती है।
संयुक्त सचिव (यूरोप पश्चिम) के नागराज नायडू ने पत्रकारों से कहा, ‘फ्रांस विशेष रूप से दक्षिण एशिया में आतंकवाद को लेकर भारत के नजरिए का समर्थन करता है। हम नए क्षेत्रों खासकर समुद्री सुरक्षा, आतंकवाद निरोधक उपाय तथा अक्षय ऊर्जा जैसे क्षेत्रों में दोनों की बढ़ती सहमति देख रहे हैं। इसके अलावा भारत और फ्रांस के बीच रणनीतिक भागीदारी में रक्षा, परमाणु ऊर्जा तथा अंतरिक्ष के क्षेत्र में सहयोग का मामला शामिल हैं।
भारत और फ्रांस के बीच अंतरिक्ष के क्षेत्र में सहयोग 5 दशक से भी पुराना है। मोदी के साथ शनिवार को प्रतिनिधिमंडल स्तर की वार्ता के बाद मैक्रों विद्यार्थियों के साथ एक खुली चर्चा में भी शामिल होंगे। इसमें विभिन्न स्तर के करीब 300 छात्रों के भाग लेने की उम्मीद है। वह ‘ज्ञान सम्मेलन’ में भी भाग लेंगे। इसमें दोनों पक्षों के 200 से अधिक शिक्षाविद शामिल होंगे। इस यात्रा के दौरान राष्ट्रपति मैक्रों अंतरराष्ट्रीय सौर गठबंधन के शिखर सम्मेलन में भाग लेंगे।
इमैनुएल ऐसे वक्त में भारत के दौरे पर आए हैं, जब फ्रांस के साथ राफेल विमानों की डील को लेकर विपक्ष सरकार को घेरने में जुटा है। मुख्य विपक्षी दल कांग्रेस ने बीजेपी पर राफेल विमानों की महंगी डील करने का आरोप लगाया है।
