नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली की अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों और एक तय अवधि तक बनी झुग्गी-झोपड़ी बस्तियों को तोडफ़ोड़ से बचाने के लिए केंद्रीय आवास एवं शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय ने संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र में विधेयक लाने की तैयारी कर ली है। बता दें कि राजधानी में धड़ल्ले से अवैध निर्माण चलने और उन पर शिकंजा कसने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बुधवार को निगरानी समिति को फिर बहाल करने के संकेत दिए थे।सूत्रों के अनुसार संभावना है कि शीतकालीन सत्र में ही इस संशोधन बिल को पारित कराया जाएगा। इस बिल को मंजूरी मिलने से 31 दिसंबर के बाद भी अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को तोडफ़ोड़ से सुरक्षा कवच मिल सकेगा। दरअसल, एनडीए सरकार ने 2014 में विधेयक लाकर 1 जून 2014 तक हुए अवैध निर्माण और अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को 31 दिसंबर 2017 तक के लिए जीवनदान दे दिया था। इसकी मियाद इसी महीने खत्म हो रही है, इसलिए सरकार फिर से बिल ला रही है। हालांकि, अभी सरकार इस बात पर विचार कर रही है कि यह सुरक्षा कवच अगले तीन साल के लिए दिया जाए या उसकी अवधि कुछ और समय बढ़ाई या कम की जाए। मंत्रालय के एक सीनियर अधिकारी के मुताबिक इस संशोधन बिल के लिए संबंधित पक्षों और जनप्रतिनिधियों से विचार-विमर्श चल रहा है। जल्द ही संशोधन बिल को तैयार कर कैबिनेट और फिर संसद में पेश किया जाएगा।
