नई दिल्ली। बीते दिनों सीबीआई बनाम सीबीआई मामले पर टिप्पणी कर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सीनियर वकील प्रशांत भूषण फंसते नजर आ रहे हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने प्रशांत भूषण को अवमानना मामले में नोटिस जारी किया है। अटॉर्नी जनरल केके वेणुगोपाल और केंद्र सरकार ने अपनी यचिका में प्रशांत भूषण पर आरोप लगाया था कि उन्होंने अपने ट्वीट में कहा था कि अटॉर्नी जनरल वेणुगोपाल ने जानबूझकर कोर्ट में पेंडिंग केस के बारे में गलत जानकारी दी। इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई 7 मार्च को होगी।एक तरफ जहां अटॉर्नी जेनरल वेणुगोपाल इस मामले में प्रशांत भूषण के खिलाफ सजा नहीं चाहते हैं, वहीं केंद्र सरकार ने कोर्ट की अवमानना के लिए प्रशांत भूषण के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है। एजी ने कोर्ट से कहा, मैं प्रशांत भूषण के आरोपों से आहत हूं। मैं प्रशांत भूषण के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं चाहता। लेकिन कोर्ट को यह तय करना चाहिए कि पेंडिंग मामलों को लेकर किसी वकील को किस तरह की टिप्पणी करनी चाहिए और क्या नहीं? जस्टिस अरुण मिश्रा ने कहा, हम कोर्ट की कार्यवाही की मीडिया रिपोर्टिंग के खिलाफ नहीं हैं, लेकिन कोर्ट में लंबित मामले से जुड़े एडवोकेट को मीडिया में बयान देने या टीवी डिबेट में भाग लेने से बचना चाहिए। बता दें कि केंद्र सरकार ने उच्चतम न्यायालय का रुख कर कथित तौर पर कुछ विवादित ट्वीट के लिए वकील प्रशांत भूषण पर अवमानना की कार्यवाही शुरू करने की मांग की थी। दरअसल, भूषण ने पिछले दिनों कुछ ट्वीट किए थे, जिसके बारे में केंद्र की दलील है कि वे एम नागेश्वर राव की सीबीआई के अंतरिम निदेशक के तौर पर नियुक्ति से जुड़े लंबित मामले में गलत बयान देने जैसे हैं। कुछ दिनों पहले अटॉर्नी जनरल के के वेणुगोपाल ने भी कथित ट्वीटों के लिए भूषण के खिलाफ ऐसी ही अवमानना की याचिका दाखिल की थी। न्यायमूर्ति अरुण मिश्रा की अध्यक्षता वाली पीठ बुधवार को एनजीओ कॉमन कॉज की उस याचिका पर सुनवाई करेगी, जिसमें राव को जांच एजेंसी का अंतरिम निदेशक नियुक्त किए जाने को चुनौती दी गई है।
