जम्मू । जम्मू कश्मीर के लिए स्वायत्ता को लेकर चल रही बहस के बीच भाजपा की प्रदेश इकाई ने कहा है कि राज्य को विशेष दर्जा देने वाला अनुच्छेद 370 को हटाना दशकों पुरानी समस्या का एकमात्र व्यवहार्य समाधान है। भाजपा के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता विरेंद्र गुप्ता ने सोमवार को यहां एक बयान में कहा, ”अनुच्छेद 370 को हटाना और जम्मू कश्मीर को अन्य राज्यों के बराबर लाना ही इस मुद्दे का एकमात्र व्यवहार्य हल है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अलगाववादियों और पाकिस्तान के लिए मुंहतोड़ जवाब होगा जो राज्य में आतंकवाद का समर्थन कर रहे हैं और इससे जम्मू कश्मीर खासकर घाटी के लोगों को राष्ट्रीय मुख्यधारा में लाने का मार्ग प्रशस्त होगा। वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता पी चिदंबरम ने शनिवार को कहा था कि जब जम्मू कश्मीर के लोग आजादी के लिए बोलते हैं तो उनका मतलब अधिक स्वायत्ता होता है। चिदंबरम के इस बयान की भाजपा ने तीखी आलोचना की है। भाजपा प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि जम्मू कश्मीर के साथ अलग व्यवहार करना, उसे अपना संविधान बनाने की अनुमति देना तथा भारतीय संविधान में अनुच्छेद 370 शामिल करना ”जम्मू कश्मीर की मौजूदा समस्या का मूल कारण है। गुप्ता ने चिदंबरम के बयान की आलोचना करते हुए कहा, ”कांग्रेस का शुरू से ही यही रूख रहा है और यह कांग्रेस की उसी मानसिकता का परिचय है। उन्होंने दावा किया कि इससे अलगाववादियों का उत्साह बढ़ेगा जिन्होंने पाकिस्तान के आदेश पर भारत के खिलाफ युद्ध छेड़ा हुआ है और देश की एकता एवं अखंडता के लिए खतरा बने हुए है। भाजपा नेता ने कहा, ”ऐसे समय में जब सुरक्षा बलों ने घाटी में स्थिति को अच्छी तरह से नियंत्रित किया है, अलगाववादियों और आतंकवादियों का हौसला पस्त हो रहा है और स्थिति तेजी से सामान्य हो रही है, जब पाकिस्तान अलग-थलग पड़ गया है तथा कश्मीर मुद्दे पर उसके राग को वैश्विक मंच पर तवज्जो नहीं दी जा रही, तो उनका (चिदंबरम) बयान राष्ट्रीय हितों को नुकसान पहुंचाता है। उन्होंने कहा, ”कुछ कांग्रेस नेता अब भी नेहरू मानसिकता पर चल रहे हैं जिसने कश्मीर समस्या पैदा की और यह अब भी भारतीय संघ के लिए परेशानी का सबब साबित हो रही है। उन्होंने पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री जवाहरलाल नेहरू का ”जम्मू कश्मीर का भविष्य तय करने के लिए नेशनल कांफ्रें स के संस्थापक शेख मोहम्मद अब्दुल्ला और अन्य पार्टी के नेताओं पर विश्वास जताना और राज्य के महाराजा तथा जम्मू और लद्दाख क्षेत्र के लोगों के हितों को नजरअंदाज करने को भारत के आधुनिक इतिहास में सबसे बड़ी गलतियों में से एक बताया।
