नई दिल्ली। उद्योग संगठन एसोचैम ने कहा है कि बिजनस स्कूलों को अपने स्टूडेंट्स को रोजगार दिलाने में काफी मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। संगठन के अनुसार महज 20 प्रतिशत स्टूडेंट्स को ही जॉब ऑफर्स मिल पा रहे हैं। हाल के समय में यह साल काफी चुनौतीपूर्ण रहा। एसोचैम ने कहा कि नोटबंदी, कमजोर कारोबारी धारणा और नए प्रॉजेक्ट्स में कमी के चलते इन बिजनस स्कूलों के स्टूडेंट्स के लिए रोजगार के अवसर कम हो रहे हैं। पिछले साल 30 प्रतिशत विद्यार्थियों को जॉब के ऑफर मिले थे। बिजनस स्कूलों में इस साल इसमें भी गिरावट देखी गई।
एसोचैम के अनुसार, बिजनस स्कूलों और इंजिनियरिंग कॉलेजों के विद्यार्थियों को मिलने वाले सैलरी ऑफर में भी पिछले साल की तुलना में 40-45 प्रतिशत की कमी आई है। एसोचैम एजुकेशन काउंसिल (एईसी) ने कहा है कि किसी कोर्स पर 3-4 साल लगाने और लाखों रुपये खर्च करने को लेकर अब अभिभावक और स्टूडेंट्स गंभीरता से सोचने लगे हैं।
चेंबर ने कहा कि 400 से ज्यादा संस्थान काफी पिछड़ गए हैं और उन्हें अब पर्याप्त स्टूडेंट्स भी नहीं मिल रहे हैं। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक बड़ी संख्या में बिजनस स्कूल और इंजिनियरिंग कॉलेज स्टूडेंट्स को आकर्षित नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। दिल्ली- एनसीआर, मुंबई, बेंगलुरु, अहमदाबाद, कोलकाता, लखनऊ, देहरादून समेत कई बड़े शहरों में 2015 के बाद 250 से ज्यादा बिजनस स्कूल बंद हो चुके हैं। 99 ऐसे स्कूल हैं, जो बंद होने की कगार पर पहुंच चुके हैं।
इसका सबसे बड़ा कारण तेजी से बढ़ते संस्थान हैं, जो मैनेजमेंट एजुकेशन की गुणवत्ता पर ध्यान नहीं देते हैं। चेंबर ने कहा कि समस्या यह है कि ऐसे संस्थान सिर्फ सीटें भरने पर ही फोकस करते हैं और स्टूडेंट्स की क्वॉलिटी पर ध्यान नहीं देते हैं। एसोचैम ने सुझाव दिया है कि रिसर्च पर ध्यान देने के साथ ही इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर में सुधार किया जाए, टीचर्स को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाए, इंडस्ट्री से बेहतर तालमेल हो और स्टूडेंट्स को रोजगार पाने के योग्य बनाने पर ध्यान दिया जाए।
