दिल्ली की एक स्थानीय अदालत ने मंगलवार को बताया कि वह 2जी स्पेक्ट्रम आवंटन मामले में 21 दिसंबर को फैसला सुनाएगी. इस मामले में पूर्व दूरसंचार मंत्री ए.राजा और राज्यसभा सांसद कनिमोझी जमानत पर रिहा हैं.
नई दिल्ली : चर्चित 2जी घोटाले केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) की विशेष अदालत आगामी 21 दिसंबर को फैसला सुनाएगी। इस मामले में पूर्व संचार मंत्री ए राजा और द्रविड़ मुनेत्र कषगम (द्रमुक) सांसद कनिमोझी सहित कई हाई प्रोफाइल उद्योगपति आरोपी हैं। शिकायतकर्ता भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेता सुब्रह्यण्यम स्वामी ने संवाददाताओं को बताया कि अदालत ने मामले की संक्षिप्त सुनवाई के बाद फैसला सुनाया कि वह इस मामले में 21 दिसंबर को सुबह साढ़े दस बजे फैसला सुनायेगी।
एक की जांच सीबीआई कर रही है तो दूसरे मामले की जांच ईडी कर रही है। कोर्ट में 26 अप्रैल को इस मामले में अंतिम बहस हुई थी। सीबीआई के मुताबिक ए. राजा ने 2 जी स्पेक्ट्रम के आवंटन में गड़बड़ी की जिससे सरकारी खजाने को भारी नुकसान पहुंचा। सीबीआई ने चार्जशीट में कहा कि स्वान टेलिकॉम प्रा. लि. को 2 जी स्पेक्ट्रम आवंटित होने के एवज में डीबी ग्रुप से 200 करोड़ रुपये कलैगनार टीवी को ट्रांसफर किए गए। ईडी ने मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग से जुड़ा एक अलग केस किया है जिसमें आरोप है कि राजा, कनीमोझी, डीएमके सुप्रीम एम. करुणानिधि की पत्नी दयालु अम्माल और दूसरे लोगों ने साजिश रची थी। 21 दिसंबर को ही कोर्ट एस्सार और लूप के खिलाफ 2 जी केस में अपना फैसला सुनाएगा।
सीबीआई का दावा है कि लूप टेलिकॉम को जो स्पेक्ट्रम मिले उसके लिए असल में पैसों का भुगतान एस्सार ग्रुप ने किया था। आरोपों के मुताबिक एस्सार और लूप के प्रमोटर्स ने स्पेक्ट्रम लाइलेंस के लिए सरकार के साथ धोखाधड़ी की। हालांकि सभी आरोपियों ने आरोपों को खारिज किया है।
