नई दिल्ली । मूडीज के रेटिंग अपग्रेड और उससे पहले वर्ल्ड बैंक की ईज ऑफ डुइंग बिजनस रैकिंग्स लिस्ट में 30 पायदान की उछाल से उत्साहित मोदी सरकार एक अरब के अनूठे और महत्वाकांक्षी विजन पर कदम बढ़ाने का विचार कर रही है। दरअसल, मूडीज और वर्ल्ड बैंक ने नोटबंदी, जीएसटी और आधार लिंकिंग जैसे कदमों की तारीफ की है।

सरकार अनुमान से इतर अवैध घोषित किए गए 99 प्रतिशत नोटों के बैंकों में लौट जाने को लेकर हुए हमले का यह जवाब देती रही है कि इसे नोटबंदी की असफलता के रूप में नहीं देखा जा सकता। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, अगर यही एक मकसद होता तो सरकार नोट बदलने के लिए कुछ विंडोज ओपन नहीं करती।

डिजिटलाइजेशन प्लान के तहत आधार लिंकिंग और भीम-यूपीआई को भी रेटिंग्स एजेंसियों से मान्यता मिली है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि ट्रांजैक्शन कॉस्ट में कमी के भी सकारात्मक परिणाम आ रहे हैं। यूईआईडी स्कीम्स और कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के तहत सब्सिडी पेमेंट्स के साथ इसकी लिंकिंग के अलावा पैन कार्ड्स और निजी कंपनियों द्वारा अन्य इस्तेमाल की भी आलोचना यह कहकर हुई कि इससे कई लोग सब्सिडी से वंचित रह जा रहे हैं और लोगों की निजता का उल्लंघन हो रहा है।
