नई दिल्ली । नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल (एन जी टी) ने दिल्ली में निर्माण कार्यों पर लगी रोक को हटाने का निर्देश दिया है। एनजीटी ने शुक्रवार को सुनवाई के दौरान कहा कि दिल्ली में प्रदूषण अपेक्षाकृत कम हुआ है।
एनजीटी ने सीपीसीबी और डीपीसीसी का हवाला देते हुए कहा कि दिल्ली में प्रदूषण काफी कम हुआ है। ऐसे में निर्माण कार्य से रोक हटाई जाती है। हालांकि, एनजीटी ने उद्योगों, कूड़ा जलाने और पराली जलाने को लेकर रोक को जारी रखा है।
सुनवाई के दौरान एनजीटी ने कहा कि ऊंचाई से पानी के छिड़काव से प्रदूषण में काफ़ी कमी आती है। । आईटीओ स्थित इमारत से पानी के छिड़काव से पीएम 10 और पीएम 2.5 काफ़ी कम हुआ है। ऐसे में एनजीटी ने सभी राज्यों को निर्देश दिया है कि वे पानी का छिड़काव करें। इसी के साथ दिल्ली और आसपास के राज्यों को आदेश दिया है कि वे दो हफ़्तों में प्रदूषण कम करने का एक्शन प्लॉन दें। वहीं, यह भी कहा कि अगर पीएम-2.5 का स्तर 400 और पीएम-10 का स्तर 600 के ऊपर जाता है तो ये एक्शन प्लॉन ऑटोमेटिक लागू कर दिया जाए।
एनजीटी ने कहा था कि शहर अपने बच्चों को संक्रमित फेफड़े की सौगात न दे. उसने दिल्ली सरकार की ऑड-ईवन योजना से महिलाओं एवं दो पहिया वाहनों को छूट देने से भी इनकार कर दिया था. एनजीटी ने यह सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया था कि 10 साल से अधिक पुराने वाहन बिना किसी देरी के सड़कों से हटा लिए जाएं.
एनजीटी ने दिल्ली सरकार को सर्वाधिक प्रदूषित क्षेत्रों की पहचान कर वहां पानी का छिड़काव करने का निर्देश दिया था. उसने दिल्ली-एनसीआर में गैरप्रदूषणकारी उद्योगों तथा जरूरी वस्तुओं बनाने वाली इकाइयों को चलने की इजाजत भी दी थी.
