लखनऊ । भारत-बांग्लादेश रक्षा सहयोग के तहत आतंकवाद एवं राष्ट्र विरोधी ऑपरेशनां पर आयोजित ट्रेनिंग कैप्सूल का उद्घाटन आज सुबह बिहार के दानापुर छावनी में दोनों देशो के ध्वजारोहण के साथ किया गया। इस समारोह की अध्यक्षता बिहार रेजिमेन्टल सेन्टर के सेनानायक ब्रिगेडियर मनोज नटराजन ने की।
अपने उद्घाटन सम्बोधन में ब्रिगेडियर एम नटराजन ने प्रजातंत्र, स्वतंत्रता, समानता एवं न्याय पर प्रकाश डाला जो दोनों देशों के लिये बहुत कीमती है। उन्होंने आतंकवाद एवं राष्ट्र विरोधी ऑपरेशनां पर चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि राष्ट्रविरोधी एवं आतंकवाद से दोनों देश पीड़ित हैं और इससे निपटने के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला जिससे आतंकवाद को कम किया जा सके। ब्रिगेडियर नटराजन ने कहा कि आतंकवाद में विद्रोह को भिन्न-भिन्न तरीकों से संबोधित किया जाता है। उन्होंने भारत-बांग्लादेश के बीच समन्वय को और मजबूती से स्थापित करने के लिए उठाये गये इस कदम की सराहना की जिससे दोनों देशों को भविश्य आतंकवाद एवं राश्ट्विरोधी तत्वों से निपटने में लाभकारी सिद्ध होगा।
आज से 10 दिसंबर तक आयोजित इस ट्रेनिंग कैप्सूल में बांग्लादेशी सेना के 05 सैन्यधिकारियों सहित 25 अन्य रैंकों के सैन्य कर्मी भाग ले रहे हैं। वहीं भारतीय सेना प्रशिक्षण दल में 05 सैन्यधिकारी, 08 जूनियर कमीशन्ड अधिकारी सहित 15 नॉन कमीशन्ड अधिकारी शामिल है जिन्हें असम तथा मणीपुर के प्रभावी क्षेत्रों में वर्षों का अनुभव है। उद्घाटन समारोह में भारतीय सेना एवं बांग्लादेशी सेना के सैनिक एक दूसरे के आमने सामने खडे़ हुए।
बांग्लादेशी सेना की टुकडी़ का नेतृत्व ले. कर्नल एसएम तोहिदुल इस्लाम कर रहे हैं। जबकि भारतीय सेना प्रशिक्षण दल का नेतृत्व कर्नल डीडी स्वेन कर रहे हैं, जिन्हें आतंकवाद एवं राष्ट्र विरोधी ऑपरेशनां का बेहद अनुभव है। वे जम्मू कश्मीर में एक राष्ट्रीय राईफल्स की भी कमान संभाल चुके है।
