इलाहाबाद। नोएडा के बहुचर्चित आरुषि-हेमराज हत्याकांड मामले में उच्च न्यायालय ने निचली अदालत के फैसले को पलटते हुए तलवार दंपति को बरी कर दिया है। उच्च न्यायालय के इस फैसले से सीबीआई को बड़ा झटका लगा है।इस मामले में न्यायमूर्ति बी़ के. नारायण और न्यायमूर्ति अरविंद कुमार मिश्र की पीठ ने सीबीआई की जांच में कई खामियों का हवाला देते हुए दोनों को बरी कर दिया।
आरोपी दंपति डॉ़ राजेश तलवार और नुपुर तलवार ने सीबीआई अदालत की ओर से आजीवन कारावास की सजा के खिलाफ इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय में अपील दायर की थी।
गौरतलब है कि डा़ तलवार की बेटी आरुषि की हत्या 15 एवं 16 मई 2008 की दरम्यानी रात नोएडा के सेक्टर 25 स्थित घर में कर दी गई थी। हत्या का शक तलवार दंपति के घरेलू नौकर हेमराज पर जताया गया था लेकिन हेमराज का शव घर की छत से कुछ दिनों बाद बरामद किया गया।
