नई दिल्ली । प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बुधवार को नानाजी देशमुख की जन्मशती के मौके पर दिल्ली स्थित इंडियन एग्रीकल्चर रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट में देशभर के गांवों से आए 10,000 ग्रामीणों को संबोधित किया। खास बात यह है कि लोकनायक जयप्रकाश नारायण की जयंती भी आज ही है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने उन्हें युवाओं के लिए प्रेरणा बताते हुए कहा जयप्रकाश नारायण और नानाजी देशमुख ने देश में गरीबों के लिए काम किया। इस मौके पर प्रधानमंत्री ने ‘ग्राम संवाद एप’ को भी लांच किया, जिसके जरिए इस बात की निगरानी की जा सकेगी कि सरकार द्वारा गांवों के विकास के लिए जो योजनाएं चलाई जा रहीं हैं। सरकारी योजनाओं को जिला स्तर ठीक से लागू किया जा सके इसके लिए एक पोर्टल की भी शुरुआत हुई। साथ ही नानाजी देशमुख के नाम पर एक डाक टिकट भी जारी किया गया। पीएम मोदी ने कहा, नानाजी हमेशा गांव के विकास के लिए काम करते रहे। उन्होंने आगे कहा, गांव के विकास के लिए किए जा रहे सभी पहलों को समय पर पूरा करना होगा और इसका परिणाम लाभार्थियों तक पहुंचा अनिवार्य है। उन्होंने कहा, 2022 में ग्रामीण विकास की गति तेज होगी, जो विकास 70 साल से रुका हुआ है। गांव का नागरिक भी शहर की जिंदगी चाहता है। शहर और गांव में बिजली 24 घंटे बिजली जानी चाहिए। देश नानाजी देशमुख को जानता नहीं था, लेकिन इसके बावजूद भी उन्होंने अपनी पहचान बनाई। पीएम ने कहा कि हमारा प्रयास है कि गांव की अपनी जो शक्ति है, सबसे पहले उसी को जोड़ते हुए विकास का मॉडल बनाया जाए। हमें समझना होगा कि केवल चाहने से बात पूरी नहीं होती है। अगर हम चीजों को समय सीमा में करें तो 70 साल में ग्रामीण विकास की जो गति रही है वह 2022 में विकास की गति इतनी तेज होगी कि ग्रामीण व्यक्तियों के जीवन में भी बदलाव आ जाएगा। जो सुविधाएं शहर में हैं वैसी अगर हम गांव में दे दें तो एक क्वालिटी ऑफ लाइफ में बदलाव आएगा और लोगों को गांव में रहने के लिए प्रेरित करेगा। हमारे देश में संसाधनों के कारण आखिरी छोर के इंसान को हम कुछ नहीं दे पाते हैं। आज भारत सरकार में आने के बाद मैं इस बात से सहमत नहीं हूं। हिंदुस्तान के आखिरी छोर के व्यक्ति को भी उसके हक का पहुंचाया जा सकता है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने गांवों में काम आने वाले नए अविष्कार का उल्लेख किया। साथ ही पीएम मोदी एक प्रदर्शनी का भी अवलोकन करेंगे। यह प्रदर्शनी गांवों में टेक्नालॉजी विषय पर आधारित है। इस प्रदर्शनी में ऐसे 100 से भी ज्यादा यंत्र प्रदर्शित किए जाएंगे, जिनसे गांवों में जीवन को बेहतर बनाया जा सकता है।
