नई दिल्ली। केन्द्रीय गृह मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा कि भारत वर्ष 2025..30 तक दुनिया की शीर्ष तीन अर्थव्यवथाओं में होगा. राजनाथ सिंह और केन्द्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं जहाजरानी मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह के कल से शुरु हुए दो दिवसीय दौरे के दौरान कई विकास परियोजनाओं के लिए आधारशिला रखी. जहाजरानी मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी किये गये एक बयान के अनुसार सिंह कल अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह में पोर्ट ब्लेयर में आयोजित एक समारोह में बोल रहे थे. उन्होंने केन्द्रीय जहाजरानी मंत्री नितिन गडकरी के प्रयासों की सराहना की और कहा कि इस अवसर पर उद्घाटन की गई एक परियोजना जैसी विकास परियोजनायें देश की अर्थव्यवस्था के विकास की ओर योगदान करते हैं.
गृह मंत्री ने कहा, ”प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के गतिशील नेतृत्व के तहत भारत, जो दुनिया की 10 शीर्ष अर्थव्यवस्थाओं में आता है, वह वर्ष 2025-30 तक दुनिया की शीर्ष तीन अर्थव्यवस्थाओं में होगा.सिंह और गडकरी ने बारातांग द्वीप के लिए एक वैकल्पिक समुद्री मार्ग का उद्घाटन किया और अंडमान निकोबार द्वीपसमूह में ‘ड्राय डॉक के विस्तार की आधारशिला को रखा.
सिंह ने कहा कि गृह मंत्रालय के परामर्शदाता समिति ने हाल में एक बैठक की और द्वीपसमूह के संबंध में विभिन्न मुद्दों के बारे में विचार विमर्श किया. मौजूदा सुरक्षा स्थिति के बारे में गृहमंत्री ने कहा कि देश का विकास और उसकी सुरक्षा सर्वाधिक महत्वपूर्ण है. उन्होंने कहा, ”दीवालें खड़ी करने और घेरा बनाने से देश की सुरक्षा नहीं होगी, हमारी ताकत समुद्र और हवाई मार्ग में है जिसे सुदृढ़ किये जाने की आवश्यकता है.
इससे पहले वैश्विक वित्तीय सेवा कंपनी मॉर्गन स्टेनली ने यह संभावना जतायी थी कि डिजिटलीकरण, अनुकूल जनसांख्यिकी, वैश्वीकरण और सुधारों के चलते आने वाले दशक में भारत दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी तेजी से बढ़ती अर्थव्यवस्था होगी. मॉर्गन स्टेनली के एक शोध नोट के अनुसार भारत की वार्षिक सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जीडीपी) वृद्धि का रुख लगातार आगे बढऩे वाला रहा है. 1990 के दशक में यह 5.8 प्रतिशत रहा जो 2000 के दशक में बढ़कर 6.9 प्रतिशत हो गया. इसी तरह अगले दशक में भी इसके बेहतर रहने की संभावना है.
कंपनी का मानना है कि डिजिटलीकरण से जीडीपी वृद्धि को 0.5 से 0.75 प्रतिशत की बढ़त मिलेगी और अनुमान है कि 2026-27 तक भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था 6,000 अरब डॉलर की हो जाएगी. उल्लेखनीय है कि चालू वित्त वर्ष की पहली तिमाही में भारत की जीडीपी वृद्धि दर तीन साल के निचले स्तर पर आकर 5.7 प्रतिशत रही है. इसके पीछे अहम कारण नोटबंदी की वजह से विनिर्माण गतिविधियों का दबाव में रहना है.
