अहमदाबाद । प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी शनिवार से गुजरात की दो दिवसीय यात्रा पर हैं। इस यात्रा की शुरुआत उन्होंने द्वारिका से की। प्रधानमंत्री ने द्वारकाधीश मंदिर में पूजा अर्चना की। इस अवसर पर उनके साथ मुख्यमंत्री विजय रुपाणी भी मौजूद थे। इसके बाद वेे ओखा और बेट द्वारका को जोडने वाले ब्रिज का शिलान्यास करेंगे। बता दें कि चोटिला, गांधीनगर, वडनगर और भरुच में वे कई योजनाओं का शिलान्यास भी करेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद मोदी पहली बार अपने मूल वतन वडनगर जाएंगे। उनके स्वागत के लिए वडनगर सजकर तैयार है। प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद यह पहला मौका है जब प्रधानमंत्री एक महीने में तीसरी बार गुजरात पहुंचे हैं। गत सितंबर माह में 13-14 तारीख को बुलेट ट्रेन की आधारशिला रखने वे गुजरात गए थे और फिर दो दिनों के बाद ही 16 और 17 सितंबर को भी वे गुजरात में थे। आज फिर नरेंद्र मोदी अपने चुनावी मिशन के तहत गुजरात के जामनगर पहुंचे हैं। बता दें कि इस बार प्रधानमंत्री यहां कई विकास योजनाओं का उद्घाटन करेंगे।
शुरुआत द्वारका से
प्रधानमंत्री अपने इस दौरे की शुरुआत द्वारका से करेंगे। वे द्वारकाधीश मंदिर में दर्शन करेंगे, इसके बाद ओखा और बेट द्वारका को जोडने वाले ब्रिज का शिलान्यास करेंगे। इसके बाद वे 5,825 करोड़ रुपये की परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास करेंगे। गुजरात में 5,825 करोड़ रुपये की लागत वाली चार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग परियोजनाओं की आधारशिला भी रखी जाएगी। मोदी द्वारका से सुरेन्द्रनगर जिले के चोटिला पहुंचेंगे। चोटिला के निकट गुजरात सरकार और भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण (एएआई) के संयुक्त उपक्रम से निर्मित होने वाले राजकोट ग्रीन फील्ड एयरपोर्ट का वे भूमि पूजन करेंगे। इसके अलावा, अहमदाबाद-राजकोट के 231.31 किलोमीटर लंबे राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के सिक्स लेन कार्य, राजकोट-मोरबी राज्य हाईवे को फोन लेन बनाने के कार्य का भी वे शिलान्यास करेंगे। सुरसागर डेयरी में ऑटोमेटिक दूध प्रोसेसिंग और पैकेजिंग प्लांट के शुभारंभ के साथ ही मोदी सुरेन्द्रनगर शहर के चार जोन में दैनिक जलापूर्ति योजना का लोकार्पण करेंगे। समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री विजय रूपाणी और केन्द्रीय नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्री अशोक गजपति राजू भी उपस्थित रहेंगे।
डिजिटल इंडिया प्रोजेक्ट
प्रधानमंत्री चोटिला से गांधीनगर के लिए रवाना होंगे। गांधीनगर के समीप पालज गांव के पास 397 एकड़ भूमि में साबरमती नदी के तट पर निर्मित भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (आईआईटी) के अत्यंत आधुनिक संकुल को मोदी राष्ट्र को समर्पित करेंगे। डिजिटल इंडिया की पहल के तहत भारत के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बसने वाले छह करोड़ नागरिकों को डिजिटली साक्षर बनाने की बुनियादी तालीम दी गई है। प्रधानमंत्री आईआईटी-गांधीनगर के प्रांगण से डिजिटल साक्षरता अभिनंदन समारोह को भी संबोधित करेंगे। इस मौके पर केन्द्रीय इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी तथा विधि एवं न्याय मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद, केन्द्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर, केन्द्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास राज्य मंत्री डॉ. सत्यपाल सिंह एवं केन्द्रीय पर्यटन राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) अलफोंस कन्ननथनम तथा राज्य के उप मुख्यमंत्री नितिनभाई पटेल, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री श्रीमती आनंदीबेन पटेल और शिक्षा मंत्री श्री भूपेन्द्रसिंह चूड़ास्मा मौजूद रहेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री गांधीनगर स्थित राजभवन में रात्रि विश्राम करेंगे।
स्वागत के लिए तैयार है मूल वतन वडनगर
गुजरात दौरे के दूसरे दिन मोदी अपने मूल वतन वडनगर से जाएंगे। प्रधानमंत्री वडनगर में गुजरात मेडिकल एजुकेशन रिसर्च सोसायटी (जीएमईआरएस) मेडिकल कॉलेज का लोकार्पण करेंगे। वडनगर से ही वे हिम्मतनगर के अस्पताल को राष्ट्र को समर्पित करेंगे। इस अवसर पर मोदी मिशन इंद्रधनुष के अंतर्गत सघन टीकाकरण अभियान का भी शुभारंभ करेंगे तथा महिला स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओं को आईएम टेको एप्लीकेशन एवं टैबलेट्स का भी वितरण करेंगे। इस दौरे के अंतिम चरण में वडनगर से भरुच जाएंगे। यहां वे कल्पसर प्रभाग की नर्मदा नदी पर 4337 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से निर्मित भाड़भूत बैरेज योजना का शिलान्यास करेंगे।
